Meet Dr. Terainer Brown
Affectionately known as “The College Doc,” Dr. Brown has more than fifteen years of experience building effective mentorship programs and helping schools, colleges, universities, and community-serving organizations launch and sustain powerful models for college and career preparation and mentorship.
In addition to her passion for mentorship, she is a personal growth, development, and preparation strategist and serves as an expert college and career planner. She founded the Cultured for College Organization & Foundation to extend her work and call communities to take action and focus on helping the next generation transition and thrive in college and/or careers.

Dr. Brown is a certified etiquette consultant, one of the top college and career consultants, and recognizes the importance of culturing her students for all aspects of the college and career transition process. Driven by a commitment to holistic development, she emphasizes the significance of etiquette, social graces, and comprehensive professional development while students embark on their journey toward college and/or the workforce.
In her engaging workshops, Dr. Brown covers key topics such as effective communication, networking strategies, resume building, interview skills, navigating workplace dynamics, table and dining protocols, and various other age-specific workshops that help children and adults feel confident in any social setting.
