Cultured for College Kids™ is all about exposing elementary school students to college and career choices. Having college-focused conversations with children is a great way to help them, and you, imagine possibilities for their futures. We can learn a lot about students and their talents by just talking and listening to them. 

In this debut edition, Malani Rose & Company™ is excited but nervous about the big transition into middle school. As the class president, Malani is terrified others will discover she has no idea what she wants to do for her adult job. Her magic adventure sketchbook launches her and the company into a world of career exploration. With the help of the company, Malani eventually figures out her adult job… but not without finding trouble along the way.

As an educator and mother of two beautiful children, I find myself in constant search of quality reading material for my children. I’ve been looking for resources that will help cultivate career-mindedness in my own children. So, I created this series to give adults a creative way to connect with elementary school students about college and career choices.
